The wisdom of Z’s Fine Furniture was earned through 20 years of experience in everything from infrastructure, tile, plumbing, electricity, and design. It’s allowed us to develop strong foresight when it comes to problems in cabinetry and this is what saves custom red and companies time, money, and effort. Fully renovating and selling this condo in Tampa, FL has opened the doors for us to relocate to Naples, FL where we aim to show the same dedication to our work and develop even more connections.

This renovation is special to us as we were the only two involved in the entire process:
Our favorite areas to renovate were obviously the kitchen and bathroom, but would you believe us if we said those cabinets were created from scraps? We wanted to push our skills to the limit so we recycled pieces from shops that were collecting dust and created a masterpiece!
Overall, the goal was to create an open layout and get the best use of 700sf so we removed the drop-ceilings, changed the lighting, switched the plumbing, and completely changed the layout all ourselves.
To our express our own creativity we balanced the opposing elements of fire and water through our fireplace/aquarium. In order it to make a space that also allowed for other to create, we did the hard work to sound proof the entire place with high-grade acoustiblok material (blocking out smells/sound ) as a home should be a place to express yourself!
